So, when Porsche announced the GT4, I called the local dealership within 15 minutes and put a deposit down. It will be my first P-car and I'm really excited.
We will definitely have to get together at COTA soon. The car should have sub 35's in it is my guess.

We are really lucky here to have an F1 track in our back yard, not to mention the lakes and hills!
LOL true, the dealer did a decent job cleaning it. I'm going with my standard Adams treatment to protect and enhance the shine a bit.
Thanks, I went back and forth between black and satin wheels and I think both look great with GR.
Yikes. I can see they don't want to under fill it, but man 10 psi high is crazy. Owell, quick fix.
Nice, we need to get a white one there and we could do the red white and blue theme.. or yellow and go with the skittles theme.
This is my first Porsche too after selling my Z06, both great cars with very different strengths and feel.
Thanks for all the well wishes everyone!
Sapphire Blue, should be here this weekend/early next week. I'm excited. I've driven COTA many times with my ZR1, but I tracked a neighbor's '13 Boxster S PDK (with stickies) for a session at COTA and finally understood what a nice P-car is all about in the feel, sound, precision, etc.

Chin on Aug 29th? I'll have to come check it out. Interested to see if it can crack 30 out of the box. I'd be very happy if it can on OEM tires.

I'd love to hit Chin, but I'll be in Vegas that weekend. I don't think it'll crack 30 personally all stock. I'm thinking lower 30's, but not under 30 IMHO. Well-driven .2 997 GT3 and RS's on slicks have a hard time getting much under 28 or 29. Either way, I have no doubt the car is going to be a BLAST on the track.
