Hospital has been pretty slow the last few weeks with COVID19 numbers going down so i left early and took the fun way home. I should have done the black wheels from the get go. The car looks sooo much better.
The black gives a more flowing contrast overall. Love that setup!
Works because the GT4 has so many black accents. The wing uprights, the front and rear lip, the vents, side mirrors and headlights. It also pops against PCCB as well. Loooove it.
New here in a sense appreciate everything that's on this forum have a 987.1 Cayman learned an awful lot from this forum.
Learned an awful lot from that 987.1 enough to buy a 2016 GT4 love both of them.
Wow this GT4 is sure a different beast.
It's everything the 987 was times 10.
Little bit of backstory and history.
I was a big Dodge guy owned couple hellcats a new red eye.
And also owned a 2017 ACR viper extreme.
There came that fateful day where I realized I wanted to do something different and I happened to cross a decent condition 987.1.
Since that day it's been in extremely gratifying experience owning these Caymans.
There's something about the rare nature of the 981 GT4 that has really caught my attention and I'm glad I jumped when I did and found the right car when I did where I did.
I don't know what it is I think I just got a little bit older but straight line speed did nothing for me anymore I wanted a lot more than just that.
Then I took a look around and realized I've been missing something and it was Porsche.
I never looked back.
Love every aspect of these vehicles including the fact they can fit in your garage.
That being said from first drive I became a die-hard loyal fan of the Porsche Cayman.
From its most basic roots like the 987.1 to the GT4 I don't think I've ever driven a finer vehicle.
And ,we have a few pretty cool vehicles around like a 2015 GTR.
2015 Maserati GranTurismo MC sportline.
etc...
For 10 years I was buying every new Mopar they could produce 10 new cars in 10 years and I have no regrets other than the fact I should have looked at Porsche a couple years back👍
Took a drive this evening. The GT4 has been in storage since Aug 3 when we brought home a 993 (which is currently in for service). Brought the GT4 home to enjoy this gorgeous holiday weekend. Wow this clutch feels very heavy compared to the 993. Both are fun and very different experiences.

Took the GT4 for a spin. Hubby drove and I captured the 22222 miles.
Went to see another GT4 which was not yet sold as of yesterday.
Freshly detailed and in dealer showroom.
