GT4 Database
Even though I'm not sure I would spec it myself, every time I see a GT4 in SBM I think it's stunning--perfect color for the perfect car!
The original projection was that ROW would get the same as NA. So that was something like 600/1200 depending who you talk to.
So if you extrapolate that out to today's numbers. Let's take my 1,600 for NA, that translates to another 1,600 for ROW and total of 3,200.
But there has been some speculation that the non NA GT4's are being redirected to the US market which changes that simple 50/50 dynamic.
In the end it is all guess on top of speculation wrapped in rumor. So who knows.
He does look like you, I remember seeing your picture when you took delivery of the car from Chad. Hopefully see you around town once mine gets here in June. I also think I have seen your car at C&C. I drive a Yellow M4

I think that and Rhodium being the rarest were big surprises to come out of the data. I had some people actually challenge me on the Rhodium data as if it could somehow be wrong.
Sadly I have a feeling that the db may have actually affected some color choices because even though Rhodium is still the least selected it is not as uncommon as it was when it first came to light.

Sapphire Blue Metallic with yellow stitching & yellow seat belts looks terrific. However, if the car was ordered with platinum stitching & either black or silver seat belts, it would look all business. Either way would look outstanding.
What do the Key and EU columns mean? Is the former people who got the painted vehicle key? Seems a random option to include on this list. And if EU is Euro Delivery, maybe it should be called ED, but why does mine say EDZ when I took delivery locally? My car is ID 309.
Long time lurker, but saving my first post to claim ID#904, which I believe is the last DBM GT4 produced for the NA market. I took delivery of the car a couple of weeks ago, and even below the break-in RPM threshold, it is a big change from my Cayman R...
Key is key painted to match exterior color or not.
In any event you are seeing something I started working on yesterday and have not announced since it is not completely vetted yet. It might help to be aware the the "true" database is actually an Excel spreadsheet on my computer and the Google doc is a condensed "view" of that data. I added six more data points to that view yesterday more based on my desire to track down a particular car, than a belief that any of them were more or less relevant that any other.
Bottom line is I am not completely surprised that those new columns may have some issues at this stage. But it is good to know what they are so I can clean them up.
Ok I am pretty sure the EU delivery issues is fixed. Tracked that down to an error in my formula on the Excel sheet.
Also Carl, it looks like I just assigned you the wrong car right from the beginning. You were one of the very first people in the database and had ID#63. But that was never really your car it turns out.
ID#447 is your car. It is now correctly highlighted.
