No clear bra, gives ugly outlines all over. No wrap or decal package, getting PTS after all! Hmm... I don't even thing I'm going to tint the windows. Ok, so maybe I'm going to get a new pair of Porsche Design driving shoes and call it a day!!!
This is one of very few cars that really needs NOTHING. Well, maybe some Tecce/BGB stuff down the road

This is the level of involvement required:
Wrap inside and under the hood
Headlights out to avoid lines
You get the idea. It just takes a good shop and about $4K. Worth every penny IMO - plus it makes it a LOT easier to maintain (no need to wax, etc.).

Or you use the "condom" and keep your factory paint pristine. Not a hard decision IMO. Especially if it's factory fresh, ding-free, etc. The hardest part is finding a good shop that does quality work.
I've done clear bras on my last two Porsches, not this one. I average keeping my cars only about two to three years and I'm tired of paying for protection for the next owner. You will not receive anymore money selling or trading the car in if it has a clearbra. Put one on only for your sake and if you know your keeping the car long term. And then if you are keeping it long term you will have to replace the clearbra after 3-4 years. No thanks, not anymore.
I agree with the clear bra, did installations on my F15 X5, which I then sold after 4 months, another install on the F80 M3, sold after 6 months and then recently on the CGTS which I will trade for the GT4 come April. The cost of the clear bras was more than the depreciation of the vehicles LOL. I'm sure I will get one for the GT4 anyway, track miles do tend to wear a bit more, and I hope to keep it for at least 3 years.
I have same concern on my Euro Del. My plan is to purchase some material from my installer and bring it will me. The finish product will not be perfect - but will get some material on all the spots most likely to take a rock chip.
If anyone in Florida is looking for the "BEST" installer, I drove 8 hours to Tampa to have Ryan at Autopaint Guard to my CGTS. It had NO visible lines anywhere. His cost was 1/2 the dealer quote and the work is perfection. I highly recommend Ryan and his understudy. http://www.autopaintguard.com/
