+1, really annoying indeed.
PCNA is dropping the ball big time, had I known that brand loyalty meant close to nothing to Porsche corporate I would have made a switch to a brand that appreciates me as a customer.
Some folks at PCNA seemed giddy when I had mentioned premium/markups for GT4 allocations. Guess none of them are long time owners of Porsche cars, otherwise they would not be making brain dead comments when speaking to actual Porsche owners over the phone.

BTW: Alessandro at McLaren SF is a great guy to work with, minimum BS and a straight shooter.

Nothing against 918 owners, but that car is in an entirely different league technically and financially.
-If you make more than $10,000, you earn more than 24.2% of Americans, or 37 million people.
-If you make more than $15,000 (roughly the annual salary of a minimum-wage employee working 40 hours per week), you earn more than 32.2% of Americans.
-If you make more than $30,000, you earn more than 53.2% of Americans.
-If you make more than $50,000, you earn more than 73.4% of Americans.
-If you make more than $100,000, you earn more than 92.6% of Americans.
-You are officially in the top 1% of American wage earners if you earn more than $250,000.

I'm willing to bet that most everyone on this forum is sitting above the 90% line. And while this data doesn't take into account income / debt ratios or the required variables of American greed or entitlement, it does pretty much clearly indicate that Porsche owners (those that can drop 6 figures on a car) are, as you say "the filthy rich". Not picking on anyone, but its a tiresome argument when it comes from your own camp. Its like trying to call out "gas gusslers" for destroying the environment when we are getting 4 mpg during our track sessions. Take that shti over to the Huffington Post.
