Just turned 20,000
Took my 2016 out for a coffee run this morning and turned over 20,000 miles! So thought what the heck and I washed it when I got back home. I really like my GT4.

Nice work....now I guess it's time to unload it. People like to say once you hit 20k it's no longer worth anything....LOL I'll hit 20k at some point this summer. Many more smiles and miles to you......Phil

I'm picking up a Sapphire Blue GT4 this weekend (I hope the truck gets here by then!) and can't wait. I'm also in N. FL, Amelia Island. Maybe we can catch up!

any of you north Florida Pcar enthusiasts going to Porsche of Jax this weekend for the 75th anniversary? I received a lot of correspondence on the events up in Atlanta. Had reservations to go and since decided to stay closer to home. Got a nice invitation from Porsche Ocala for their celebration (from buying a car from them during Covid). Since then also bought a car from PJax, but nothing on an event they are having. Reached out to my Jax salesman (sent him my Ocala invitation) asking if they had anything scheduled and all he said was “Yes, Saturday June 10th from 11 to 3 pm”
don’t know what they have planned but it’s much closer to home for me than Ocala.

I am going with my gt4. not sure exactly what they have planned, but the pca club around here seems strong, so i would anticipate a decent turn out. planning on going to caffeine and octane in gainesville on sunday too. there is one sat morning in jax as well and its usually well attended. I think it going from like 8-12, so i imagine some will roll in there and then to the dealership. I am out of town and fly back sat am, so it will be a hustle for me to make the 11 am start at the dealership, so i can't make the caffeine and octane here. But if its closer, I'd def come by here. I'll be in the silver 981 gt4, swing by and say hi!!

I just rolled over 19k miles. I had an S2000 years ago I got with 19k miles and when I sold it the first time it had 80k, bought it back with 106k and sold it with 110k to pick up my GT4. There was a time when I was sad that my S2000 had so many miles but honestly I have so many memories of driving it thats what mattered.
