Interesting note on the head gasket- used the ones that came with the headers. Checked tightness after 10 or so miles and ok. Will check again after 100 or so miles to make sure!

Shot you over a message skl, happy to help point you in the right direction if any other codes pop up. These cars can be a little picky running catless without software haha.

I had fabspeed sport headers and ended up one year having to put OEM headers back on to clear the CEL. Mini cats didn't work for me.
Now I have the DeMan 4.5L with catless headers. Sound is sublime - hardly any difference with valves closed.
I tip for anyone reading this in the future - USE THE OEM GASKET for the headers. I used one supplied with the sport headers and it was a disaster - a lot of header bolts fell out before I figured out what was going on. Also there is a torque order. And, if you use the OEM bolts, I had to grind down the socket to be thin-walled to clear the OEM exhaust.

Fabspeed Sport headers come with 200 cell cats. If you are changing from OEM you will eventually get a CEL. Could take two days or two years. It’s one of the great mysteries of the universe ha ha.
