E-Brake Harness Question
Hello All,
Have any of you ever had your technician tell you to replace the E-brake harness? My father brought his car in for service and his tech was telling him he was getting a code regarding the e-brake harness. Was able to clear the code but then it came back. According to the tech, there is a design flaw where the harness is located very close to one of the wheels and is more likely to wear quicker over time due to it potentially rubbing. He's been servicing his cars for a long time at this shop so he typically trusts their recommendations but this seems like kind of a weird thing. Thx for all the feedback on this.
