I'm guessing you've seen this? It's not a stock GT4 vs a 4.5 GT4, but it's a 4.5 GT4 vs a GT3RS. If you could also find out lap times of a stock GT4 at the same track, it may give you a good idea.
In that video I was trying to troll GT3RS cars for a drag race, you can see the data and throttle in the GT3RS lower video portion. He is clearly on it full throttle giving it all she had!
Lap times were not the goal that day, the GT4 was on stock tires, brake pads, stock seat belts and lap times were not my goal.
BUT, you can assume that if you were able to go as fast as a GT3RS in a straight line, then lap times would be significantly lower than a stock GT4.
