981 GT4 DME Report- Are these numbers healthy?

Hey Everyone!

I’m new here and looking to purchase a 981 GT4 over the coming months. I received a DME report from a car I was looking into, can someone help me decipher it?

Only 2 range 3 overrevs, nothing to worry about, BUT always get a PPI from a qualified technician familiar with Porsche vehicles.
