I sold cars to CarMax before. 30/40 min process, you leave with a check and they call you a taxi. Priceless peaceful transaction. Dealers sometime take 2 weeks to send you a check over the mail.
They call you a TAXI? That doesn’t sound like a plus LOL
I had this car shipped to San Jose and inspected it Sunday. Full front clip and mirrors have clear bra. Only damage on the front end is the plate install (ugh) and chin spoiler which they said they’d replace. Looks like it’s seen light track work based on the rubber on the wheels. Missing one half brake duct on driver’s side. Driver’s lower side seat bolster is worn but not torn. Driving it felt fine, but I noticed it seemed to be stuck in loud mode. Switch didn’t do anything that I could perceive.
@sbarbour paint meter the car, even over the clear bra you can verify consistency, then get an over-rev report, it's likely under OEM warranty if there are any small issues it'll be covered
How much were they asking for it,and how many miles did it have?
It looked pretty rough from those pictures.
Also I might add that the CPO warranty only adds 2 years and I bet you pay a $3k premium for it. You can get a 6 year Fidelity Platinum warranty for under $4k. 4 year for under $3k

Wondering the same thing, Let us know if you go look at it. I'm not sure there ever was an explanation of the rear end damage noted on the car fax report.
