Birch GT4 light mods complete
After purchasing my Birch GT4 from Tyler Heinzelmann, Perimeter Porsche ( shout out for Tyler for a terrific experience) and enjoying it immensely over Christmas holidays I decided to unleash a bit more potential. Enter OMAG Automotive in Palm Springs and my good friend Ludwig Mazmanian, Ludwig contacted the folks at Sharkwerks and added the GT4 competition plenum, BMC high flow air filter, EvomSit Tune, and a set of HRE 101 LWs - shod with SC2s Wheels Boutique- great experience!). Finally had a chance yesterday and today to test my 4. Holy cow what an improvement! This engine has been awakened, 5200 RPM and on it just flat out rips now, significantly more responsive and the result of reducing the rotational mass with the lightweight wheel and tire setup has created one of the best handling experiences I have ever had, talk about point and go! I'm just blown away and I've decided I'm going to throw a few more nuggets into it by installing the lightweight flywheel and clutch kit. Im not going to do the trans yet as honestly my go to drive/road Hwy 74 seems well suited to gearing between 3/4. For some reason I cannot attach pics so will post and then try to attach after.

The wheels are worth every penny, absolutely amazing performance improvement!
ps just sent you an email, lost a center cap will need to order a replacement.

Did you drive all the way out to California in your GT4? If so, how was it on you/the car? I've considered driving across the continent in mine but it's quite far!
I just recently drove from Toronto to LA in my friends Z4M Coupe, and it was such an epic drive!
