the track group that i run with the most, Enhanced Motorsports Performance, is going to have an event at heartland park in topeka, kansas on sunday november 11th. if anyone is interested, PM me or email Andy Brant, the organizer, at EMP@enhancedmotorsports.com. this is one of my very favorite tracks and was just repaved last year. the surface is stellar.

it is a great group with the majority of cars running being porsches. the EMP events are smaller events than most out there with usually less than 20 total cars, so there is essentially an open track all day or at most only 2 run groups. there is way more track time than with any other group i have run with in the past. we also do an individual "educational" fast lap time and a side by side rolling start after that based on times from the fast laps at the end of the day. cost is $600 per driver/car and passengers are allowed. garages are included. instructors available.

 

Would be interesting to see what track config you ran while achieving your 1:50 time you posted here. From the pic it looks like there might be a video.
