And dont forget to buy the Air Filter removal tool from Sharkwerks for $36.
Makes changing out the filters a breeze. Unfortunately, the tool is on backorder until 9/16/2018
A few thousand more miles and you may have a down pillow on your hands! We've seen that most air filters come out dirty before their maintenance schedule recommendation. We always recommend rechargeable filters, like BMC Filters so that you can just remove, clean, and reoil at regular intervals.

This-I run K&N's on mine as they were already there from the previous owner (otherwise I would have got the BMC's), cleaning and recharging every 6-10k is the way to go!
I know it's not nearly as cool at the Shark Werks tool, but I've always used either one large zip-tie or a couple medium sized put together to remove the filters. Run the zip-ties through the filter's handles, tighten and then pull on the zip-tie itself to remove. Works great. $super-cheap$.
