Hope you find one, but that’s going to be a pretty rare at least here in the US. I ended up buying a new one from PMNA as a spare.

Ivo, I might have one, need to check with the shop. It leaks fluid from the main seal. You would have to monitor it closely and not run it long. Sprints might be OK. Certainly not healthy enough for an endurance car.

If you still have my phone number from the Cup sale text. If not PM and I'll send it to you.

Reach out to Frank at ZF Germany. He may have some spares around.

Did you hear back from Frank at ZF? I would be interested in buying one as a spare.

Thanks everybody. Much appreciated

We ended up buying a new one from PMNA.
Frank Dahlmann at ZF Germany and his team were super responsive and ready to work on it but shipping it back to ZF in Germany and back to the US would have taken too long.
ZF USA was also very responsive and willing, but can't rebuild them. Hopefully they can do that in near future.

The main seal on front housing got worn out over time and subsequently slightly machined out the casing.
Worn seal could also have been accelerated by heat, as an independent PDK rebuild specialist told me in me research.
The seal itself is not sold by ZF, so you need a new case. Internals and PDK were still working just fine.

Gearbox did 25.000 km. Next time i'll reserve some money for a box with this mileage. Just in case

:-)

Did you get as far as shipping costs? I'm going out on a limb and expect those to royally suck.
