Myself and SmokingGTS have Clubsport Competitions coming in and we are wondering about the passenger seat options. Can anyone recommend what is best to use? Porsche offers one... $10k.... What are all of you using?

I had Goldcrest Motorsports in Atlanta install an OMP HTE-R passenger seat and harness in my Trackday. Including seat frame and labor, it was around $2,500 all in.

One issue for passengers is the battery housing and fire bottle being in the passenger footwell, leaving little room for a passenger’s legs, which can be a problem in hard cornering. They can both be relocated to the frunk, however.

sometimes they passenger seat comes available used on the market.
Isringhousen would be a place to look as they have sold some.

I have a spare p1300 seat, posted under the Cup section and happy to pass along as I feel they are the best seat hands down.

The pro racer SPG is just as good a seat and way cheaper than the $8k p1300. The p1300 is also too wide, even compared to the XL version of the SPG.
