Anybody know who builds or has built this part? Also if not carbon fiber what exactly does it go to? Car model? or do you have a part number?

I have never made fan blades out of carbon, but you are going to need a mold. The mold can be hand made from a prototype fan blade, but since you have modeled it in SW then use this to your advantage and take a look at the picture I have attached. Check this https://dsrleasing.com
