Default Question on which models may appreciate best from here?

I'm looking for input on which Porsche models may appreciate best over the next 5 years or so. My price range is $30k to $60k and I'm open to all options as long as the "fun to drive" factor is still there. This would not be a daily driver. My suspicion is that I may see more appreciation from here on models like the 928 GT or 996/997 "S" or turbo rather than from other models like the 993 that have already skyrocketed. Also, any input on traits like very low mileage, limited production models, MT vs. Auto/Tip, color and which factor in most relative to appreciation?

The '84-89 3.2l Carreras, preferrably '87-89 w/ the G50 transmission. If you can find a factory M491, even better (only 1000ish made '84-89)
