Default How to Get the Most Out of a Porsche 911 (Bloomberg)

Interesting article from Bloomberg on the 991.2 but applicable to any 911 owner:

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/artic...most-out-of-it
TL;DR:

-Learn How to Really Drive It
-Take It to the Track
-Drive It in the Snow
-Upgrade It
-Get the Manual

I love Hannah Elliott. But I badly want her job.

All points are great ones to follow, but I'm most partial about the snow part and would add that even the 2wd versions w/PSM do great with dedicated winter wheels/tires.

Spend $10k to drive the car in Germany?
Join Monticello for $130k?
Great ivory tower advice.
What an idiotic "article", I mean paid shill advertisement.

Drive in the snow is questionable advice.

I don't think she even knows the point of manual vs. PDK.
"Manual has better contact with the road?" WTF does that even mean?

Stupidest thing I've read in months.

"Buy a 996/987 and enter weekend track days..." may be better advice.
