Try Maxwell Enamels. They would start with an existing shield, strip it, and refinish it to your spec

As far as Carrera customs, that guy Jim might be the worst businessman on earth. No reason to deal with vendors like that. Not bashing his badges, I have one myself, but the lack of professionalism and responsiveness is a PASS..
