in my own experience in the small town where i live, only the porsche owners i know personally ever wave to me EVER...i own an 83' 944 and i sware all other owners never even see me. this includes times when ive flicked on my headlights on the approach, or been sitting next to them in traffic. in this particular small town it is fairly rare to see another porsche and actually get excited to say hi and meet the people..however, this is never possible....its kinda sickening b/c the some of the owners i do know are quite impressively kind
