i bought a car with hp-905 blinders installed. i have access to a real ultra lite 2000. we tested the hp 905 against it and was able to block the lidar from getting a speed lock. the protection seems to be the real deal with one major concern. the ultra lite laser system is pretty pin point. my blinders are mounted under the turn signals. when aimed at the turn signals no lock in speed. when aimed at the grill we were able to pull down the speed. this was done in a parking lot at 15mph. results might have been different if i was going much faster. police officer are trained to shoot the grill.

side note- my v1 only was able to detect laser 2 out of the 10. for some weird reason the other 8 times it detected radar. i have to look at the ultra lite specs more. perhaps it is shooting both.
