Some may call me 'cheap', other's may say that if you can't afford $48, you shouldn't own a Porsche, let alone two, but I thought it was pretty ingenious on my part. Instead of paying for the center cap removal tool, I printed off a picture of what it was that I was about to purchase and realized that it looked like an old wire hanger. I happened to have one in my garage for hanging parts/items to be painted. I poked the end through an extra center cap that I had and it fit. Next I tried it on a center cap on the car and low and behold, it actually popped the cap off. So...... I started to work and this is what I got:



A pair of needle nose pliers, an old hanger, a picture of the tool and 15 minutes was all it took.
