California Smog European Cars
Has anyone brought in a european car into California? I heard it is a big headache. I am currently looking for a 74 Euro Carrera. Anyone know the process well and can help me. My understanding is EPA/DOT exemption exist for cars up to 1975? What about getting smog for these cars?
