I can make this date, but owing to the RS being damaged by AFN Guildford I will have to turn up in their loaner (Boxter).

Why is it that when I put my turbo in for a post-rebuild checkout, Dick Lovett Porsche gave me a mondeo to use? <img src="graemlins/crying.gif" border="0" alt="[crying]" />

Talking

Now THAT's a car <img src="graemlins/roflmao.gif" border="0" alt="[hiha]" />

i would expect a swindon-based dealer to fob me off with a granny-wagon honda accord, but the lovetts empire won't stretch to that...

Think yourselves lucky, Paragon gave me a nissan micra !!

Aparently 'you can with a nissan'
Well I wanted to do over 100mph, and "you can't with a micra"

Mark, I've missed that other post, but will go looking for it.
So around 110mm for the front struts will be just over RS height. Cool. Mind you, I'm beginning to get used to it now
Still haven't dropped the back down - maybe this weekend.

That link to forestgreen - apologies but it seems a dot got appended to the end. Take that off, as in the link you posted, and it works. Just use the link Steve posted though.

Rocket, I'm almost afraid to ask, but what have AFN done to your car...

Take it easy guys. Looking forward to seeing you all next week.

Cheers,
John. <img src="graemlins/beerchug.gif" border="0" alt="[cheers]" />

Sorry guys, but having arranged it for the 11th, circumstances dictate that I cannot be there. Instead I will be in the NE of England on a Photoshoot with the little blue meaney at Croft on Thursday. This famous magazine(specialising in Porsche articles - I cannot name for secrecy reasons) is doing a feature on the 968 CS and my car has been chosen as the featured car. Apparently we get the track for the day to largely come and go as we please. It's a long way to go, but who would'nt jump at the chance.

Sorry I won't be there but have a good evening and look forward to next time.

Guys,

Once again I'm not able to make it, life just gets in the way...

Bet you don't even remember who I am anymore!

Have a great time, will probably see you in the November or even December meet.
