I'm going to rent a Big Tex Trailer for my 94 Speedster for a cross-country trip. Any recommendations for securing the vehicle to the trailer? My trip will be about 3000 miles in total, so I want to be sure that everything is a-ok!

Not sure what a Big tex trailer is but when I tow my race car to the track I alsways make sure to NOT hook the car to any suspension components. In the front, I have the 2 holes that Porsche uses for bringing the cars in the boat and in the rear, I have installed the Autometrics receivers (www.autometricsmotorsports.com it shows up as a pop-up window). I also make sure that the car is not in gear when I tow in order not to stress the gerabox. Hope this helps. e-mail me if you have other questions
