I am looking to replace my steering wheel in my 1986 Porsche 944. I am having problems seeing what steering wheels will fit.

Does anyone know if a 1999 carrera steering wheel or a 1999 boxer (996/986) steering wheel will fit?

Well you can make anything fit, but you would be putting an air bag steering wheel on a car that has no air bags. And sure you could also figure out some way to activate it but, but the big question is why?

Those steering wheels are pricey, just go with Momo, or sparco, or something of the like.

Cheaper and they look good.

You can even get a great looking CS wheel from AJ usa with the Porsche crest for not too much money.

Actually the 1999 steering wheels that I am looking at are priced very cheap - 100.00 - 200.00.

I just wanted a nice "new" steering wheel with the porsche crest or badge and these fit the bill, I was just wondering if they would fit. I dont care that the airbag in the wheel wont work, the steering wheel now doesnt have an airbag.
