Post EBS - Engine Builder Supply - Anyone have any experience with them?

Hi,

I've bought a set of pistons from these guys and they seem to be 100 grams over their specified weight. Has anyone had any experience with EBS and if so, was it positive or was there a disparity between their advertised product and the product you received?

Thanks,

I know a guy who's sending an s2 block down to them. This guy is very reputable and he speaks VERY highly of EBS.

Yeah they came highly recommended to me too. And I've been assured these pistons are the right ones (8.5:1 compression). Yet their part numbers jive only with an 8.1:1 Euro Turbo piston I saw on Andial's website.

I wonder if there's a method to test compression to ensure these are as advertised...?

I have heard nothing but good things about them from others, and in my dealings with them.

Thumbs up

I've delt with them on MANY occasions and I'd say they're good guys with good products and good pricing. I'd give them "two thumbs up."

Talk to Ron, he's always taken care of me.

I have delt with these guys personally and now professionally for years. First class all the way. Give them a call, they will correct it..

Yes. They DID follow up with me and they DID follow up with Mahle. They do deserve a break. So yes, I'll try to get it straightened out.

Thanks
