Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone had any info/specs on the stock seats that
came in my jdm-spec 89' 951.

non-sport, non-heated, manual slide/recline.

I've attempted to do some research myself, but have come up rather empty.

If anyone out there could shed some light on production #'s, option code/name, or anything in general about them it would be much appreciated.

I have seen those seats in the 88 944NA Special editions.

Turbo S had them in a burgandy color.

 

yeah, the pattern is the same as used in the celebration edition cars.

those seats (as well as the 88' turbo S) featured full plaid cloth as well as matching door panels (opposed to my car which only has the inserts to this spec).

it's just an interesting/rare spec imo. always fun to learn something new about these cars.

 

It may be a rare collection, but it looks a bit geeky to me. No offense meant, but I wouldn’t want that kind of interior in my car.

 

that's cool. I feel as though the exterior does more than enough to compensate for the 'geekiness'.
interior has been altered a bit too (momo wheel+****, general tidying).

I'm mainly trying to get an assessment/id on the interior for sale.
