I've been going to the same guys since I bought my 996 (on recommendation of a trusted friend but even he thinks its time to go) but have finally hit a point of extreme displeasure with them. I work in the loop and live northside (almost Evanston) and would like any recommendations that anyone would have.

as a follow up, i do have a warranty, would i just be better off going to a dealer's guys?
