Sounds like it's still ongoing, but the guy involved (Dolly Man) is under a gag order now supposedly according to this site http://www.parkingenforcementforum.c...wforum.php?f=3 Very interesting...and LONG thread on the original forum. It reminds me of some of the comedy gold forum posts on the somethingawful.com forums, where people are frantically refreshing waiting for updates! Unfortunately in this case, we may never know what happens in the end
