Gentlemen (and ladies),

I am currently shopping around for closed auto transport for a single vehicle from Virginia Beach to Los Angeles. I know the prices and services vary a lot, but any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Interstate takes good care of the cars it transports. Don't know about costs, but after watching them load cars at the Porsche Parade in Hershey I have no qualms about recomending them. I know they adverstise in Pano and Excellence, they may be a sponsor - I don't know that for sure.

Intercity. They ship all the GT3 RS for Porsche. Bob Sellers. Not cheap, but they are well insured, have a great track record, and dependable delivery times.

I had Intercity transport my '93 C2 coupe from PA to MI and had it delivered just this morning. Great service and follow through.
The driver was very accomodating to work with me on scheduling delivery right down to the time it arrived at the house. Called me 3 times from the road to update me on his progress

I recommend them highly.

I also used Intercity. Moved a 911 turbo from Michigan to NY. Car arrived as scheduled in NY in
the same condition it left Michigan. I would use them again.
