Default Satilite radio

Since Porsche is one of the last auto makers that don't offer satellite radio, what do people do to get that? The dealer here is suggesting that I go to Bestbuy or something. I'd hate to get something cheesy. Any Suggestions?

My 93 Porsche didn't come with a satellite radio. I went to Best Buy. I can live with the cheesyness. Go with Sirius, XM probably won't be around in a few years.

It's sounds okay. But it's very noisy in my car so sound quality is out the window.
