Seems like a silly question, but how do they tie the car down once it's inside the carrier? Straps through the wheels?
Actually we secure Porsches and most other cars with an over- the- tire strap as mandated by PCNA. We have found this to be the best way to hold a car in place during transit. It allows the car to travel on its' own suspension. Does not damage wheels as thru the wheel straps do. Nor will it stress the suspension and cause an alignment issue as may happen when wheels are pulled in opposite directions by a thru the wheel strap.
