Assuming master wrench (German Certification), Porsche certification and say 7 years experience on Porsche automobiles, what would be the pay scale be in the USofA?

It would depend if you worked for a dealership, private business or opened your own place. It would also depend on where in the country(USofA) you wanted to live.

I am in a major urban market and my journeyman techs will make over $40/hour. It is not uncommon to see them book over 90 hours per week with some very exceptional 3 figure weeks (more the exception than the rule). Benefits are excellent and they are treated very well, as a good Porsche tech is very hard to find.
