HELP! Heritage Warranty Claims Beware!
Has anyone ever had problems getting their Pcar warrantied with Heritage Warranty Claims Extended Service Coverage? 
They are based in Nebraska and seem to be doing everything possible to Lie, Cheat and be as dishonest a company that I have ever had to do business with. 
If anyone has any GOOD advise as to how to get my car honored under their calim that would be helpful.
The shop mechanic, the GM, and the GSM all have verified that the car should be warrantied under the policy, and the company has outright lied to cover their wallet, 
I mean backside!

Call the Attorney General of your state and the state the insurance company is based in. One of them will help you. Be prepared to get evaluations in writing and document your encounters with the claims agent. Good luck.
