I'm wondering what my options are regarding NY state Lemon Laws. What is normally required to substantiate a claim? What types of loss can I claim? Will Porsche negociate (sp?) to avoid a claim? Anyone have experience with this?
I may not have to do this but want to be prepaired, just in case.

not sure about the laws, however, when it comes down to it, some higher-end manufactuers are prepared to buyback the car to avoid increasing their 'lemon statistics'.
