I'd love to see the actual income and expenditures for all aspects of running a Porsche dealership....

An average Chev, Ford, etc dealership has a net profit of about 2% of total revenue, if well run. In other words $ 100,000,000 in sales of new, used, parts and service would equal $2,000,000 in net profit. A very well run high line store, such as Porsche, BMW, Mercedes etc, should net 5% or maybe a little more. This would be after a decent wage for all including a good owner salary.
