I have relocated this thread here so I can get everyone's opinions on where we should do the drive. IMO we should do it somewhere reasonable to everyone and is half-way unless someone would really want to run Otay down here and the 94. Anyways this is where to plan it. Lets do it are you in or out! State what we should do here!

DRIVE THRU RAMONA AND JULIAN.
MEET AT 8:30 AM LEAVE AT 9:15 OR WHEN EVERYONE GETS THERE. I'LL POST MAPQUEST FOR THOSE WHO LIVE UP NORTH PAST SAN DIEGO 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT, THEN ONE MORE TIME THE WEEK BEFORE AND WILL REPEATEDLY BUMP THIS..

AGAIN PLEASE POST HERE TO SIGN UP AND I'LL DO ANOTHER ATTENDANCE CHECK OCTOBER 29. PLEASE EXCUSE THE CAPS BUT I'm EXCITED!!!

Andy- I'm in. The only good run I know of is Palomar Mtn Road out of temecula. It is an amazing run but it is kinda far. I live in Rancho San Diego off the the 94 so a run around here would be great.

IMO, the roads out your way on the way to Julian are far superior to those around Palomar.

Sounds fun - count me in as well! I've been looking for an excuse to exercise the shark.

However, I'm relatively new to the area, so I can't provide any good suggestions for roads.

allrighty guys...i drive a 350Z but i've beeb bitten by the porsche bug.
I'm leaning towards a 997S (dont really want to pay 90K for it tho) vs a 928gts and an NSX..

Again guys, I'm thinking a weekend in the first or second week of November. Keep the opinons of the location going. I have narrowed it to the 78 to Julian or 94/Otay to Dulzura.

I'm in, depending on final date. I've been on two runs on the Glendora Ridge road and we had something like 14 on the first and 20+ on the second. It is loads of fun to have lots of pcars touring together!

Sweet, I'm in too... I also have a friend down there, at ucsd. I have yet to wring out my new 944 real good...just a few city miles and some garage time, saving on labor costs fixing things myself. Sundays would probably be the best day of the week for me too.
