How is this any different from a PDK? It's a PDK that is operated via a stick vs flappy paddles. There is no clutch pedal.

Seems like something more geared towards EV's than any future gas cars imo.

EVs don't need gearboxes at all. This is absolutley for their ICE cars

Exactly my thought. There's already an "M" button on the console of my C2S.

Insteadof going back and forth, the manual mode in the article is about changing gears in a traditional 5 or 6 speed pattern.
