Default China is basically an economic bully at this point.

And our beloved sports car manufacturers are taking the bait.

The report said the Chinese are buying more Chinese made cars, especially EVs, instead of Porsches. I'm not sure how that's bullying, they now have a viable domestic automotive market where as they didn't just years earlier. And many here think Porsche shouldn't be in the EV space to begin with.

The next line, by the way, was about the detrimental effects of U.S. tariffs.

Also said that potential negative effects of Middle East war have not yet been analyzed. Clearly that entire region is taking a huge financial hit right now with tens of thousands of tourists/ex-pats fleeing, oil shipments stopped and quite a bit of destruction. That business won't return for some time.

Oil will flow no matter what, even with a war on.
The Saudi western pipeline is 100% operational.
Porsche should continue with hybrid applications. Gas will be expensive for a long while.
Water injection and maybe alcohol mixed in will help emissions going forward for ICE engines.
EV folks readily forget that sound AND vibration frequencies are key elements in the enjoyment of a Porsche.
