In 1964 the 911 weighed in at 2300lbs. Which makes me proud I was able to get my SC down to 2500lbs on a fully streetable car with all original body, and even added a carrera tail (aftermarket fg) and Rollbar!
Price back then adjusted for inflation is around $65k. The base 95 993 stickered at nearly that same price. And now, um, yeah fugghetaboutit!
