Default Upgrade from 997.2 to what?

Hi all, I have a 997.2 S PDK. I love it, but eventually I will be upgrading to something else.
Im perfectly ok with driving auto/pdk. What is a common upgrade you see from people in my position? 991? 718 cayman s? I’ve thought about maybe a 993?
I don’t track my car, it’s just a fun car.

991.1 is a good place for value and performance.........I have a 993, that was my daily rain or shine or snow for 4 years, but now use the 991.2 TTS for my daily.......993 is a bit cramped and the tips are too slow after using a PDK.....and manual is tiring as a daily....I have a manual in my 993.......also 993s coupes are selling more than early 991.1s for good cars.....

Try to drive both. The 993 is more old school, and now special enough to cost more for the amount of fun it provides. And may also cost more per mile for maintenance. 991 is more modern, and bigger. And faster.

All depends what you think “upgrade” means. Better looking? Better handling? More power? More comfort features? Collectibility? One man’s trash is another man’s treasure. Personally, I love the 997.2–pushes all my buttons and can be had with a nice mix of performance, looks and features. But then again, I wouldn’t kick a 993 out of my garage, either. In the end, all that matters is what YOU like. De gustibus non est disputandum.
