Hi I have a 1990 Targa 4 in beautiful Blue Marine metallic code 35A. The car was covered for few years outside. However, the UV damaged the clear coat. I measured the paint thickness and ranges 4-5mm, door gams are 3-3.5 . I hate to paint over the original paint. Does anyone know if this is salvageable? or the only solution is to paint it.
