I bought a car recently and previous owner had this on his key ring when he bought the car but has no idea what it is.

Ok I managed to squint hard enough to see some writing on it and it’s by some company called “keyper systems” and it’s for key management. So definitely was used by a dealership. I guess they forgot to take it off.
