Default 993 v 996

I would hesitate to say, that every 911 that is released, is at the time potentially the best Porsche ever produced, extending that statement to the very latest and consequently the most expensive. The 996 for most can be considered as an entry-level Porsche, with prices reflecting such. But what a statement, "as an entry-level Porsche". For most owners, a reliable, fun, sexy, prestigious sports car. But just like anything exotic, be prepared for the associated expenses. A naive purchase can leave you with a drained bank account. These cars are 20 years old. Owning one is mostly delightful, as extolled by the many users of the dedicated 996 sites. The 993...well that is mostly a collector's item, and again the prices reflect such too.
