PCA window decal/sticker

Please help. I feel like such an idiot but I can’t figure out how to apply the decal. I don’t believe it has been used but it doesn’t have the clear removable cover

Just press it against the inside of your window. It should stick.

I believe it's just static cling. As said above, just press it on and you should be good to go.
