Recently became aware of a Blocking Indicator in my vehicle profile within the PCNA internal system and having difficulty receiving information about it. I'm curious if anyone has familiarity with the subject and can shed some light on WTF is going on here. A few months ago I purchased a 2018 Panamera, still under the New Vehicle warranty. After a nearly 8 week wait time for a service appointment at the nearest Porsche dealership to program a new key to the car and have a couple of minor fixes (blown Burmeister speaker, headliner detached in rear + other), pulled up and within less than 20 seconds things got really shady. Without digging into the convoluted saga that has followed. PCNA not helpful, many many 45minute on hold just to speak to someone calls. Different bits of info here and there. Some insight would be greatly appreciated.
