Anyone want to talk about it GAINING weight and actually being a bit slower 0-60 because the article above doesn't at all, lol. The way I see it, they have made the 992 GT3 VERY similar to the 991.1/2 GT3RS in terms of performance and appearance. As an owner of a 991.1 GT3RS I really don't see any need to get the 992 GT3, it really isn't substantially better. Sure, it has the latest interior and improved front suspension geometry but on Cup 2R tires it was only 1.2 seconds faster around "the Ring" than the 991.2 GT3RS. Porsche LOVES to slap newly developed tires on a car and then talk about how the new car is WAY faster than the outgoing model. These days it seems the most credit should be given to the tire manufacturers as these Ring times tumble.
