I'm following an auction now and wonder what kind of feedback do Rennlister's have as buyers? Doing a bit of research they have a **** reputation on Yelp. I've been trying to reach a live person but they go to great lengths to give out a phone number. Not a good sign for an auction house. Very curious to hear thoughts from people who have actually gone through they transaction process

I have bought two cars from BaT and both were very easy, smooth, and quick transactions that I was very happy with. Selling on BaT is a different story. But that's for another thread.
